Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in the analysis of failure data, root cause investigations, and corrective action implementation for product and process improvements.
Support the design and execution of reliability tests, including life testing, stress testing, and environmental testing.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of reliability models and predictions.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to identify and mitigate potential reliability risks and operational impact.
Document reliability plans, test procedures, and results according to established company standards.
Participate in design reviews to provide input on reliability considerations.
Conduct statistical/data analysis of reliability data and present findings to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Aerospace) or a related technical field.
0-2 years of experience in a reliability engineering or related technical role, internships considered.
Basic understanding of reliability engineering principles, such as FMEA, FTA, and RCM.
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
