Job Description

Role Purpose

The Front-Line Associate will be responsible for supporting the execution of BD’s Medical Delivery Solutions portfolio at the customer interface level. The role focuses on ensuring effective product utilization, clinical support, and customer engagement across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions in Hyderabad and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Support

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including doctors, nurses, and procurement teams.
Provide frontline support for BD’s medical delivery products, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
Act as the first point of contact for product-related queries and basic troubleshooting.

2. Product Demonstration & Training

Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training sessions for clinical staff.
Ensure correct usage of medical devices in line with clinical protocols and safety standards.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value proposition.

3. Sales & Business Support

Support the sales team in achieving regional targets through effective execution at the ground level.
Assist in product trials, conversions, and new customer onboarding.
Provide market intelligence, competitor activity insights, and customer feedback.

4. Operational Excellence

Ensure timely coordination of product deliveries, installations, and post-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, training sessions, and field activities.
Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and quality guidelines.

5. Territory Coverage

Efficiently manage assigned territory covering Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
Plan and execute daily field visits to hospitals, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers.

Key Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
MBA preferred

Experience

1–4 years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in clinical support, product demonstration, or hospital engagement preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic clinical understanding of medical devices and hospital workflows.
Ability to influence and build rapport with healthcare professionals.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Attributes

Prior experience in medical delivery systems, infusion therapy, or related product segments.
Familiarity with hospital procurement and decision-making processes.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
