Job Description

The Moulding Process Engineer is responsible for process capability, cost reduction and continuous improvement project implementation within their designated manufacturing unit. Support capacity planning and growth, as well as define budgeted rates and process documentation

Main responsibilities are:

• Implement and maintain BD Excellence processes in the manufacturing unit.
• Identify critical equipment settings and create standards.
• Develop and transfer technical knowledge to operators and technical associates.
• Coach associates on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analyze top losses and implement plans to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Manage change control, including validation activities, root cause analysis of OEE losses, and quality events.
• Support business needs with additional duties.
• Commission molding equipment.
• Actively participate in solving automatic machines.
• Manage assigned projects and prepare technical documentation and specifications.
• Lead validation and commissioning processes for production equipment.
• Participate in the automation of manufacturing, management, and reporting processes
• Participation in the purchase of new equipment

About you

University degree or equivalent experience in Engineer

Management/Coordination of processes or projects.

Fluent in English (C1)

Computer Skills / Microsoft Office – Advanced

Experience in Injection Molding Process

Salary range for this role: EUR 40,000 - EUR 57,000
