Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Associate Director of Dispensing Business Operations this position leads a team of Quoting Analysts that provide detailed analysis, quotes and excellent customer service to the Dispensing sales organization.

• This managerial role is responsible for system process, technical product details, appropriate configuration and deal strategy as it relates to technological product roadmap, product lifecycle management (such as EOL, obsolescence and new releases) and quote structure.

• The role must manage and train a team that can anticipate implications of functionality within our ERP systems and proactively determine the most accurate process by which to achieve intended outcomes.

• Partnering with the Dispensing sales organization and Implementation Team, the Quoting Manager must coach this team to support cross-functional requests to obtain comprehensive data for revenue, reporting, seamless product transitions and customer-facing documentation.

• The Quoting Manager will provide input on strategy for optimal connected medication management solutions based on customer-level specifics.

• This position provides support of MMS Dispensing Business Operations discreet teams as it relates to capital equipment, software and service/support orders including commercialization, sustaining product support, end-of-life and an end-to-end QTC process.

• Responsible for coaching and mentoring team as they change, adapt, develop and grow with the goal of advancing and export talent across BD.

• The Quoting Manager will communicate daily expectations through evaluation of the quoting queue, escalation requests and adhoc projects; including reporting of both team and individual SLAs, metrics and overall performance.

• This leadership position demonstrates a high degree of business acumen and discretionary decision-making.

Minimum Requirement:

• Minimum of 2 years of people‑management experience

• Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
