Join our team as a Field Service Engineer, providing high‑quality technical support for BD Medication Management Solutions.This field/depot‑based role includes travel mainly across Sweden and the Nordic region to perform repairs, updates, and customer training. You will also handle remote troubleshooting and maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure excellent service. This is a fixed-term contract for at least 18 months, ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career or gain valuable experience with a global leader in the medtech industry.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Provide on‑site technical support, including repairs, upgrades, and technical training for infusion and dispensing devices.
- Complete preventive maintenance, upgrades, and corrective actions within required timeframes.
- Maintain accurate service records in line with reporting and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain spare parts' inventory, ensuring readiness for service tasks by maintaining required tools and spare parts.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and communicate potential business growth areas.
- Adhere to all quality, safety, and compliance regulations while consistently delivering excellent service.
- Promote service contract, you will inform our customers about our range of technical services - such as maintenance contracts
About you:
- Hold an engineering degree or possess extensive experience as a Field Service Engineer.
- Experience in the medical device industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Skilled in performing corrective and preventive maintenance on technical equipment.
- Comfortable adapting to new technologies and a broad range of products.
- Highly customer‑focused, professional, and service‑oriented.
- Proficient in relevant IT systems and tools.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Hold a valid driving license.
