Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Global Procurement Manager – Business Partner, the Procurement Manager serves as the primary procurement point of contact for the assigned business platform(s), providing strategic procurement leadership and partnership.This role interfaces closely with business leaders and functional stakeholders and is responsible for influencing and executing sourcing strategies aligned with the needs of the assigned platform(s). The Procurement Manager ensures procurement objectives are fully aligned with business priorities.
The role operates across both Procurement and the assigned business platform(s), leveraging strong business acumen and analytical capabilities to integrate sourcing, category, and business strategies, as well as the procure-to-pay process. The Procurement Manager also supports and manages governance processes for both direct and indirect spend within the assigned platform(s).

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement & Business Partnership
Act as the primary procurement representative for assigned business platform(s).
Align procurement strategies and objectives with business platform priorities.
Advocate for and drive the implementation of Global Procurement Category Strategies within the assigned platform(s).
Influence direct and indirect category strategies to ensure business needs are effectively addressed.
Cost, Value & Sourcing Excellence
Support IV set remediation initiatives, ensuring sourcing strategies meet quality, cost, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate on ideation and pipeline development for Cost to Win and value creation initiatives.
Partner with and co‑lead supplier negotiations alongside Global Category Managers.
Collaborate with Procurement Centers of Excellence to execute RFx activities, auctions, contracts, and related sourcing processes.
Leverage on dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data‑driven decision‑making and performance tracking.
Identify and develop suppliers to support Best Country Sourcing initiatives.
Supplier Management, Risk & Continuity
Lead the development and deployment of supplier capacity management programs to ensure continuity of supply for critical components.
Serve as leader for the Supplier Risk Program, including the ideation and cross‑functional execution of mitigation plans.
Serve as leader for coordinating supplier excellence activities.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Industrial management, Business, Engineering or a related field.
4 to 5 years of Experience in similar roll.
Advance English skills.
Broad business knowledge and acumen.
Proficiency in strategic sourcing or category management with a history of successful implementation.
Experience with supplier value management, supplier development and continuous improvement
Able to successfully champion global change and innovation.
Working and influencing within a highly matrixed organization.
Skilled at developing partnerships; building and maintaining strong working relationships.
A proven track record of developing programs and collaborating with others to reach mutual outcomes.
Adept at leading and working in diverse environments.
