Job Description

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Effiziente Umsetzung von Entscheidungen und Produktetablierungen bei klinischen Kunden mit Hilfe von Informationsmaterialien und Publikationen

  • Regelmässiger Kontakt zu meinungsbildenden Kunden (KOL), die die Positionierung und Wahrnehmung von BD-Lösungen beeinflussen

  • Aufbau und Pflege strategischer Beziehungen zur gezielten Entwicklung eines belastbaren Netzwerks aus Kunden und Partnern im Gesundheitswesen mit dem Ziel, nachhaltige Wettbewerbsvorteile zu erzielen

  • Berichtet direkt an den Business Manager SM GSA über Aktivitäten zur Verkaufsunterstützung

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Account Managern um den Verkaufs- und Nachbetreuungsprozess zu unterstützen und zu verbessern

  • Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung bzgl. Produktkenntnisse und Konkurrenzlösungen

  • Vor-Ort- und Remote-Troubleshooting, Reklamationen melden / betreuen.

  • Teilnahme an Kongressen und Ausführung von Kundenschulungen

  • Aktive Teilnahme an internen Produktschulungen

Bevorzugte Anforderungen:

  • Fachausbildung im medizinischen, biologischen, mikrobiologischen oder artverwandten Bereich inkl. Kenntnisse des Gesundheitswesens

  • Kenntnisse von Labor-, Diagnose- und klinischen Prozessen

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit meinungsbildenden Personen (KOL)

  • Eine proaktive, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Problemlösungsfähigkeit im komplexen Arbeitsumfeld

  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie strukturierte Vorgehensweise

  • Die Fähigkeit zu ausgeprägtem Networking und Beziehungsmanagement sowie emotionale Intelligenz

  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Selbstvertrauen, Kritikfähigkeit sowie eine positive Grundeinstellung

  • Nachweisbare Routine im Umgang mit modernen und gängigen PC- & EDV-Programmen, erste Erfahrung mit dem CRM-System SFDC ist erwünscht

  • Vorhandene Bereitschaft zu ausgeprägter Reisetätigkeit (80%) sowieFreude am Reisen in der Schweiz, sowie gelegentlich zu anderen Zielen innerhalb Zentraleuropas

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch-, sowie sehr gute Englisch- & Französischkenntnisse
