En région parisienne sur 2 secteurs. Vous serez en étroite collaboration avec deux commerciaux.
VOTRE MISSION
Support clinique terrain
Assister les professionnels de santé lors de l’utilisation des dispositifs de monitorage.
Participer à la mise en place des équipements dans les blocs opératoires, soins intensifs, réanimations, etc.
Répondre aux questions techniques et cliniques des utilisateurs.
Formation et accompagnement
Contribuer à la formation des équipes médicales à l’utilisation des produits.
Participer à des démonstrations produits.
Suivi et retour terrain
Collecter les retours utilisateurs pour améliorer l’expérience produit.
Participer à la rédaction de rapports de suivi d’activité clinique.
Veille et documentation
Se former en continu sur les produits, les pathologies associées et les protocoles cliniques.
Suivre les évolutions réglementaires et technologiques du secteur.
VOTRE PROFIL
Formation:
Étudiant(e) en :
- Ecole d’ingénieur biomédical,
- Licence ou master en sciences de la vie, technologies médicales, ou santé,
- IUT ou BTS en dispositifs médicaux ou techniques de laboratoire.
- Une spécialisation ou un intérêt pour la physiologie humaine, l’anatomie, ou les dispositifs médicaux est un plus.
Aptitude:
Volonté d’apprendre :
Curiosité pour les technologies médicales avancées.
Capacité à assimiler des concepts cliniques et techniques complexes.
Bon relationnel :
À l’aise pour échanger avec des professionnels de santé.
Capacité à poser des questions, écouter et reformuler.
Rigueur et autonomie :
Sérieux dans la préparation des interventions.
Capacité à gérer son temps et ses déplacements.
Esprit d’équipe :
Envie de collaborer avec des équipes terrain, marketing et support clinique.
Compétences en communication :
À l’oral comme à l’écrit, en français (et idéalement en anglais).
Capacité à faire des présentations claires et pédagogiques.
