ポジション概要

BDのMedication Management Solutions（MMS）事業部において、病院への最先端の医療機器・自動化システム導入プロジェクトを、企画から稼働開始まで支えるポジションです。

病院向け医療機器、自動化システム、臨床ITソリューションの導入プロジェクトを担当いただきます。営業・マーケティングチームと連携しながら、複数のプロジェクトを並行して管理・推進するとともに、日本国内の関係部署とドイツ本社のプロジェクトチームをつなぐ重要な役割を担います。

プロジェクトが計画通りに進行するよう、進捗管理やレポーティング、各種調整業務を行い、プロジェクトの成功を支えていただきます。

業務内容

プロジェクト進捗状況の管理
プロジェクトのスケジュールの調整
社内外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション・調整
プロジェクトドキュメントの管理・更新
プロジェクトがスケジュール・予算・品質基準に沿って進むための支援
社内チームと連携した在庫管理および発注計画
社内承認プロセスの管理・対応
見積書作成および手配
図面手配および必要に応じた作図対応

求める経験

複数の案件が同時に進行するスピード感のある環境で、プロジェクトサポートまたはプロジェクト管理業務に携わった経験

ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語力を有し、ヨーロッパおよびアジア地域のチームとのオンライン会議やメール対応を含む、グローバルな環境での業務経験をお持ちの方

下記の中でいずれかのご経験がある方

プロジェクトマネジメントまたはプロジェクトコーディネーションの経験
医療機器・設備機器等の導入プロジェクトに携わった経験
営業サポート、オペレーションサポート、または顧客対応業務の経験
エンジニアリングまたは技術サポートの経験
在庫管理、発注計画、物流管理などサプライチェーン関連業務の経験
複数部門や海外チームと連携しながら業務を推進した経験
