職務概要
日本ベクトン・ディッキンソン株式会社では、営業チームのパフォーマンス向上を目的とした戦略・プログラムの設計、開発、導入、管理を担うセールス・トレーニング・マネージャーを募集しています。本ポジションは、営業担当者が顧客に価値を提供し、目標を達成するために必要なスキル、ツール、プロセスを確実に備えるよう支援する重要な役割です。
職務内容
- 営業担当者のパフォーマンス分析
- 営業戦略に連携したセールストレーニングを立案・実行し営業目標の達成に貢献
（営業担当/Sales Managerの習熟度に応じた効果的なプログラムの作成と実行） - パフォーマンスの継続的な分析とレポーティング
（実行しているプログラムの効果を測定と定期的なレポート作成）
- 営業ツールとテクノロジーの活用
（営業支援ツールを活用し、業務効率を最大化 - 業界ベストプラクティスの導入
（最新の業界動向を把握・共有し、プログラムに反映）
応募資格
- 医療関連メーカーにおけるセールストレーニングの企画・立案および実行経験（5年以上）
- 医療関連メーカーでの営業経験（3年以上）
- セールストレーニングプログラム全般について、企画から実行、評価まで主体的に完結できる方
- 高いコミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力および対人関係構築能力
- データ分析の実務経験
※CRMシステム（Salesforce 等）の使用経験を有し、データ分析に基づいたインサイト抽出および行動計画策定ができる方 - 大学卒業以上
尚可条件（あれば望ましい）
- 英語でのコミュニケーション能力
