Job Description
Installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of Flow cytometer systems and equipment at customer site.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of hardware and software issues, both on-site and remotely.
Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration services to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
Provide comprehensive technical training and support to clients on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.

Manage and prioritize service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution to minimize downtime.
Participate in on-call rotation and emergency support as required.
Adhere to all company safety protocols and industry regulations.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Biomedical Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in field service engineering, particularly with complex industrial or high-tech systems.
Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving intricate technical problems involving hardware, software, and networking components.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
* Willingness to travel frequently to client sites (both domestic and international) as required.
* Valid driver's license and passport.
* Certifications in relevant technical areas (e.g., specific equipment, networking) are a plus.
