Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a solid understanding of BD customer structures within the Benelux
• Ensure administrative follow-up of sample requests related to tenders and customer evaluations 
• Prepare and coordinate the shipment of samples Prepare, coordinate and follow up of the shipment of samples
• Coordinate and follow up on customer documentation (e.g. certificates, quality documents, customer questionnaires), ensuring timely and compliant delivery
• Provide administrative support in the management of offers, contracts, and commercial documentation
• Support the handling of customer pricing inquiries and complaints, ensuring proper follow-up with internal stakeholders
• Assist in the setup, activation and follow-up of price agreements in line with internal policies

• Strong administrative and operational mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive and solution-oriented; comfortable taking ownership and following up until closure 
• Ability to work cross-functionally in an international matrix organization
• Skilled in working withsystems and data, able to manage complexity in a structured way
• Experience with ERP/CRM tools (or ability to learn quickly) with strong focus on detail and data accuracy. 
• Proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in Dutch, Basic knowledge of French and good knowledge of English (company language)
