Le site de Pont de Claix regroupe le siège mondial de l’unité Pharmaceutical Systems, une unité de production parmi les 6 sites de production mondiaux (France, UK, Singapour, Japon, US, Mexique) et le marché Français pour les autres unités du groupe BD.

LE DEPARTEMENT

Au sein du site du Pont-de-Claix (38)/Grenoble (38), vous intégrerez le service Communications et Omnichannel team (digital, communication et événements), rattaché au Service Marketing Global Pharmaceutical Systems (PS).

VOTRE MISSION

Rattaché(e) au/à la Responsable Marketing Digital, vous interviendrez sur un périmètre opérationnel et transverse, à la croisée du marketing digital, de la data et des outils.

Vous serez accompagné(e) et formé(e) progressivement sur les outils et méthodes internes.

Vos principales missions seront :


Marketing digital & campagnes


•    Support à la mise en œuvre et à l’optimisation des campagnes digitales (LinkedIn, Google Ads)
•    Suivi des performances (reporting & tracking) et identification des opportunités d’optimisation
•    Contribution à l’automatisation marketing (Marketo / outils équivalents)
•    Mise à jour et optimisation de contenus digitaux (Marketo/AEM - site web, landing pages)


Data, reporting & outils


•    Participation à la création et à l’amélioration des reportings marketing
•    Contribution à la conception de tableaux de bord Power BI
•    Analyse des KPI campagnes (leads, engagement, performance)
•    Support à l’utilisation et à la structuration de Salesforce (SFDC) : nomenclatures, dashboards, cohérence des données


SEO & Digital Asset Management


•    Contribution aux projets SEO (structuration, bonnes pratiques, optimisation)
•    Participation à la gestion et au nettoyage de la photo / asset library : 
o    collecte des assets auprès des agences
o    renommage, classement, organisation
o    amélioration de la recherche et de l’exploitation des contenus


Innovation & IA


•    Veille sur les tendances digital marketing & intelligence artificielle
•    Tests et propositions d’usages IA pour améliorer l’efficacité marketing et reporting
•    Contribution à la capitalisation des bonnes pratiques au sein de l’équipe
Vous travaillerez en interaction régulière avec des équipes internationales.

  • À l’aise avec les environnements digitaux et data
  • Intérêt fort pour :
    • campagnes digitales
    • outils marketing
    • reporting et analyse de données
  • Bonne maîtrise d’Excel, familiartité avec Power BI ( mettre à jour des rapports existants, contribuer à des dashboards, faire le lien entre data marketing et performance) ;  intérêt pour la data visualization.
  • Appétence pour les outils type Marketo, Salesforce
  • Sens de l’organisation, rigueur dans la gestion des données et contenus
  • Curiosité, esprit analytique et envie de tester de nouveaux usages (IA)
